The IS Rulings Register Rev-46 is now available in the ISAP Resources.
The key highlights in Rev-46 are:
- A mandatory TC on the accuracy and detail of the Base Case proposal, with required review points.
- The “Reverse Calculated Base Case” methodology as an alternative to the traditional base case method (optional).
- Guidance on timing for “first technology, process or method” innovations for multiple projects under the Operations Rating; in line with earlier guidance on the D&AB tool.

Just as traffic lights and signs guide drivers on the roads, buoys and beacons do the same on water. But exposed to the elements, beacons have had a surprisingly short lifespan of just 40 years.

| World Water Day 2023 |
| |
Water is life. A sustainable water future is closely tied to climate change and healthy communities. The water sector is improving infrastructure performance, establishing benchmarks and leading practices to transition to a circular economy to support the communities of the future, all the while making more prominent cultural values of water.
Last week on Wednesday 22nd March we celebrated World Water Water day. This year we highlighted IS rated water projects that have accelerated change.
We also thank our IS Water Advisory Group – an impressive team of water experts across Australia and New Zealand.
We also extend our thanks to the team of water experts from Australia & New Zealand who form our IS Water Advisory Group - GHD, SA Water, Sydney Water, Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action, Water Corporation, Sunwater, Wellington Water, AECOM, Aurecon, KPMG Australia, Mott MacDonald, Lumus, Coliban Water, Parkes Shire Council.
