Description
Leaders will be able to communicate the impacts of IS ratings on different contract types and drive a culture which actively supports projects to deliver sustainable outcomes.
This workshop will provide business and organisational leaders with the ability to influence, where appropriate, small, medium and large size projects to undertake IS ratings.
In addition, leaders will be able to identify and apply IS principles and tools to projects where an IS rating is not underway.
In a confidential environment, explore risks, opportunities, and real project examples of delivering sustainable outcomes. Discuss with ISC executives how to implement best practice principles and tools to influence project direction.
