While sustainable procurement and efficient use of resources can seem daunting, Viridis are here to help our clients navigate the complexities involved in creating meaningful change. Sustainability Outcomes

Viridis can leverage their broad experience in sustainability to provide tailored advice on effective sustainable procurement strategies and help your project/asset achieve SPR-1, by guiding through material risk and opportunity assessment, development of SP Strategy and establishment of governance framework/management plan.

We can support you in Supplier assessment and selection (SPR-2) and Contract and supplier management (SPR-3) by: developing assessment and selection criteria, support the selection process, and provide advice on inclusion of sustainability requirements in contract clauses.
In an advisory role, we can support your on-site team in day-to-day tracking and management of suppliers’ contractual obligations and providing feedback on sustainability performance to suppliers identifying compliances and non-compliances.

We can also advise suppliers wishing to increase their own performance or help document sustainable practices.

For projects targeting resource efficiency credit RSO-1, Viridis can help develop resource efficiency strategies and/or action plans. We can help facilitate workshops, provide input and data analysis for strategy development, and support the development of documented strategies and plans.

Our experience with sustainability labelling specification, selection, and evidence accounting can help projects targeting RSO-7. We can provide advice and guidance on how to document the required evidence and help audit evidence collation.
