The ISC, alongside a group of Contractor organisations, has developed an ‘IS Capability Framework’ that will assist individuals and organisations in:
- Identifying entry points into the profession, including the application of transferable skill sets.
- Purposeful planning of your professional development and career pathways.
Made possible by NSW Women in Construction Industry Innovation Program funding, 316 individual inputs, and contributions from 12 member organisations, the framework provides guidance on the current and future capabilities required of those with a role in driving sustainability outcomes.
