At Viridis Australasia we take a slightly different approach to delivering Sustainability; rather than sustainability being an add-on, Sustainability is our focus. Our goal is to support our clients with developing meaningful sustainability outcomes that align with their business values and objectives.
The construction of the built environment consumes significant natural resources and is a significant contributor to GHG emissions. At Viridis we are committed to doing things better. We are a team of sustainability professionals with experience in the complexities of life cycle assessment and GHG modelling.
Our team consists of sustainability professionals with vast national and international experience and background in engineering, architecture, environmental sciences, business and project management.
Sustainability Outcomes
Viridis can support projects seeking to reduce their carbon footprint by providing robust energy and carbon emissions modelling. Out team has experience with various energy and carbon reductions initiatives and can guide project on identifying and implementing initiatives that are appropriate for the project.
We can undertake feasibility studies to help identify which initiatives could be implemented and support the implementation. These services can help projects which are targeting ENE-1.
In addition to energy and carbon modelling, Viridis possesses Life Cycle Analysis capability and experience. We can provide material life cycle impacts modelling, either with the ISCA Materials Calculator or alternatives as appropriate in line with the ISCA Materials Guideline, to projects targeting RSO-6. More than just modelling, our experience with materials and life cycles assessments means that we can provide insight into alternative materials options.
